Fintraffic Road: Extensive DevOps Assessment

Problem

Fintraffic Road is responsible for road traffic control and management along with building the needed infrastructure and IT solutions.

Their aim was to improve their development, collaboration, and management within the company. They also wanted to confirm their understanding of the current situation and discover things they might have missed internally.

To achieve their goal they needed an external partner to collaborate with.

Solution

Polar Squad conducted an extensive DevOps Assessment for Fintraffic Road, double the size of a standard assessment.

The findings and recommendations were swiftly integrated into Fintraffic Road's 2024 plans. Currently, the entire development process and management are undergoing revisions based on Polar Squad’s findings and discussions on how to do things better.
