The work

Smartly.io has been growing rapidly. Therefore it is a huge task to scale the service and IT infrastructure to fulfil the needs of development teams.

Polar Squad focuses on scaling infrastructure on demand using Kubernetes and speeding up commit to production time. We have been working as a part of the internal DevOps team within the customer. So far the main task has been the deployment and development of Kubernetes on top of Hetzner data center.

About the client

In 2013 Smartly.io founders started building automation software to help brands launch and optimize campaigns faster and easier. By the time Smartly.io was up and running, e-commerce brands had discovered Facebook – their complex needs and setups were the perfect fit for Smartly.io. Today, they work with over 600 brands from various industries: travel, retail, e-commerce, agencies, and many more.
