Matchmade: DevOps Assessment
OUTCOME
Our DevOps assessment offered an outside view on Matchmade’s current status. Together with Matchmade, we evaluated the findings in the assessment report, and created a step by step roadmap for them to keep their developers and customers happy while new features are developed and deployed.
THE WORK
Polar Squad interviewed key players of Matchmade’s R&D and Management teams and performed an evaluation for the company’s development practices, IT infrastructure and the culture. A comprehensive report was prepared on the state of DevOps at Matchmade.
